This SOP outlines the steps to configure the hours and frequency of follow-up messages sent by AutoRaptor's AI Sales Assistant.
Key Steps
- Set Operating Hours for Follow-Up Messages 0:00
- Access the AutoRaptor AI Sales Assistant settings.
- Configure the specific days and hours when the assistant will send follow-up messages.
- Note: Initial responses or responses to existing messages will always be sent immediately.
- Configure Follow-Up Message Timing 0:26
- Specify when follow-up messages should start:
- This will initialize once a new lead has remained unresponsive after this many hours.
- Define Follow-Up Window 0:51
- Set the duration for follow-up messages:
- Choose a follow-up window. This will determine how many days in a row the AI will follow up with the lead.
- Set Frequency of Follow-Up Messages 1:00
- Determine the number of follow-up messages per day:
- Options available: 1, 2, or 3 messages.
- Specify Exact Follow-Up Times 1:11
- Enter the exact times for when follow-up messages should be sent.
- Implement Opt-Out and Escalation Features 1:24
