Automatically Replying to an E-Lead
How to turn on your e-lead auto reply.
What is an e-lead Auto Reply?
This is an automatic e-mail response that a lead receives each time that they inquiry via e-lead.
How do I turn on/off the dealership's e-lead auto reply?
*Please note, you must have admin permission level to complete this

Click on your name in the upper right corner

Click on "Settings"

Click on "Dealership Name"

Click on "E-leads"

Toggle to "Assignment and AutoReply"

Checking the "Automatically reply to incoming e-leads with a customer message" will turn on the auto-reply. Unchecking the box will turn it off.
You can also edit the sender name, and subject and choose your template (or message).
How do I edit the Auto Reply Message?
If you are looking to edit to your e-lead auto reply, you will need to edit the template.

Click on "Dealership Name"

Click on "Templates"
Then you will want to find the corresponding template to the e-lead auto reply (see above). and click "edit". Be sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom!
