AutoRaptor AI Sales Assistant (AISA)

What this feature does

AutoRaptor’s built-in AI helps your communicate with leads, schedule appointments & follow up directly with each Up-sheet.
When AI is active, it automatically communicates with your leads, using the information already available in your CRM — including your inventory, vehicle details, contact information, activity history, and past conversations.

This helps streamline your follow-ups and keeps every customer conversation consistent and informed.

How to tell when AI is on

From the Upsheet tab, you can quickly see if AI is active for any lead:

  • Look for the blue “AISA” icon next to the lead’s name.

  • If the icon is blue, AI is currently enabled for that Upsheet.

  • If the icon is grey or missing, AI is off.

When you open the Upsheet itself, you’ll also notice a clear indicator at the top of the page:

  • When AI is on, the top banner of the page is highlighted in blue.

  • When AI is off, the page will appear normal with no highlight.

How to turn AI on or off

You can manage AI directly within each Upsheet:

  1. Open the lead’s Upsheet.

  2. In the top right corner, click the “AI Sales Assistant ON” button.

  3. If AI is off, clicking this will turn it on. (See options below)

  4. If AI is on, clicking the same button will turn it off.

Once AI is on, it will automatically begin managing conversations with that customer for you.

Turning AI back on after it’s been off

If you’ve previously turned off AI for a lead, you have two options when re-enabling it:

  1. Wait for the customer – AI will remain on standby until the customer sends a new message, then it will automatically pick up the conversation again.

  2. Start a new conversation – AI will immediately re-engage with the lead, using the full context of their previous interactions, vehicle interest, and notes.

What happens when AI is turned on

When active, AutoRaptor’s AI will:

  • Handle ongoing conversations with your lead.

  • Reference your dealership’s inventory and the lead’s vehicle preferences.

  • Use existing contact details, notes, activities, and previous messages to guide its responses.

  • Keep communication personalized and consistent with your dealership’s tone.

Best practices

  • Use AI to manage ongoing leads and follow-ups when you’re unavailable or multitasking.

  • Use AI Sales Assistant to manage leads, schedule test drives and answer customer questions about vehicles.
  • Turn AI off if you prefer to personally handle a specific customer conversation.

  • Always check that AISA has been turned off on an up-sheet if your intention is to take over the conversation.

Quick AI Tip:
From your Upsheet tab, look for the blue “AISA” icon to see if AI is on. You can toggle AI on or off from the top-right button in any Upsheet. When the top banner is blue, AI is active and managing customer conversations automatically.
