Communicating with a Customer on an Up Sheet

Texting a Customer in AutoRaptor

Go to the Up Sheet of the customer you wish you text and scroll to the Communication section of the Up Sheet

Compose messages by clicking the “New Text Message” button. Clicking this link will open a texting dialogue that allows you to choose the contact you want to text.

You can type your message in the text box, send pictures by clicking on "Attach Files", or choose a template to send to the contact.

Hit "Send" when you are ready to send your text.
Sending Emails in AutoRaptor
Under the Email section of the customer's Up Sheet, select “New Email"

report, or vehicle images using the appropriate buttons.

Utilize pre-written emails from the Template Library, which include data tags like {FIRST_NAME} to personalize your message. Select the 'choose an email template...' drop-down to find these pre-made templates.

Attach files directly from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.
The signature you set-up under 'My Settings' will automatically attach to any email you send in AutoRaptor.
Phone Calls
Once you have a verified phone line, using that number to make outgoing calls is easy. Click on a phone number in the upper right side of a customer's up sheet. A large box will pop-up containing the phone number in very large print. That phone number can be dialed using any of the phone numbers that have been set up in AutoRaptor. Your phone will ring and you must pick it up and dial any digit to connect the call.

Next, you will be prompted to leave notes about your call.
Leaving notes is what logs your calls in the Activity Report. MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS LEAVE NOTES!
By default, all dealerships are allotted 500 minutes of outgoing calls. Owners of the account must contact support@autoraptor.com to add any additional minutes.
