Creating an Up Sheet Manually

Steps to adding a prospect to AutoRaptor manually.

Steps to Create a New Up Sheet

Start by Clicking "Add New Up Sheet"

  • Locate the "Add new up sheet" button in the upper right corner and click on it.


Enter Basic Information

    • Input the first name, last name, and phone number or email address of the contact. You can also scan the driver's license.
    • As you type, the system will automatically search for matches. If any matches are found, they will appear at the bottom.
  • Check for Matches
    • If there are no matches, proceed to add the rest of the contact information you've collected.
  • Add Additional Information

    Click the blue link, “Add additional information,” to view all available fields.

Fill Out More Contact Information

  • Employment Info: Add employment details. By adding the Company, this is a searchable filter.

  • Phone Numbers: Include all relevant phone numbers.

  • Email Address: Enter the contact’s email address.

  • Birthdate: Record the contact’s birthdate.

  • Important Dates: Note significant dates, like wedding anniversaries.

  • Mailing Address: Add the contact’s mailing address.

  • Notes: Include personal information about the customer, nothing about the deal itself.


Complete the Process

  • The more information you collect, the more benefits you'll see. Once you have entered all the collected information, click "Add Contact" to officially create an Up Sheet.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create a comprehensive Up Sheet and maintain accurate customer records.
