How to use the Fresh List in the Up Sheet tab.

The Fresh List
The Fresh List is where you can find your newest leads with no initial outreach since the Up Sheet became active. An Up Sheet becomes active in several scenarios:

When a new Up Sheet is created (e-lead or manual).

When an inactive or lost Up Sheet is merged with an active Up Sheet.

When an inactive, sold, lost, or delivered Up Sheet is marked as active again.
Removal Criteria:
These Up Sheets will be removed from the Fresh List:

Once you send a text message, email, or make an outgoing call (or mark a note with the outgoing call tag).

Note: Automated communications such as scheduled messages, appointment reminders, or e-lead automatic responses will not remove them from this list. While automated communication is beneficial, personalized outreach is key to building rapport with your prospects.

Once a note is marked with the incoming call tag on the Up Sheet.

When the Up Sheet is marked as Lost, Sold, or Delivered.
