How to Set Up Your Personal Information & General Settings:

  1. Click on your name in the upper right corner.

  2. Select "My Settings."

Personal Information:

  • Full Name: Ensure your name is entered correctly.

  • Email Sender Name: Set this to reflect what you want customers to see when you send them an email. Consider including the dealership name.

  • Email Address: This is the email address you will use to log into AutoRaptor.

  • Phone/Extension: Enter the best phone number for reaching you, as this number will be visible to customers.

  • Change Your Password: Use the available link to change your password.

By following these steps, you can ensure your personal information is accurate and your communication settings are properly configured. Always make sure to select 'Save Changes'!
