How to Run a Credit QuickScreen and/or Credit Check with 700 Credit

This article will assist you with running a credit QuickScreen as well as a Credit Report with 700 Credit.

Step 1: Ensure the Customer Has an Up Sheet in AutoRaptor

Search for the Customer:

  • Go to the top navigation bar in AutoRaptor and select the "Up Sheet" menu.

  • Make sure you are viewing “All” Up Sheets.

  • Enter the customer’s first name, last name, email, or cell phone number in the search fields, then click “Search.”

Check for an Existing Up Sheet:

  • If the customer already has an Up Sheet, it will appear in the search results.

Create a New Up Sheet (if needed):

  • If no Up Sheet exists for the customer, click the “Add New Up Sheet” button at the top of the page.

  • Fill in the customer’s contact information, including their address, to create a new Up Sheet.

A customer must have a full address to run a QuickScreen or Credit Report!

Step 2: Run a Credit QuickScreen or Credit Check

Access Buyer Details:

  • Once the Up Sheet is created, navigate to the buyer details section where you’ll see options to run a “QuickScreen” or a “Credit Check.”

Run a QuickScreen:

  • Select “QuickScreen” to initiate a QuickScreen on the customer.

  • If the customer meets the necessary criteria, the results will be displayed.

Run a Full Credit Check:

  • If you need a full credit check, select "Credit Report."

  • You’ll be prompted to enter the customer’s Social Security Number before proceeding.
