Lead Status: Bad Leads
We’ve added a new Bad Lead status to help you more accurately measure performance when dealing with unusable leads.

When marked as Bad Lead, the lead:
- Does not count toward Lost reporting
- Does not impact rep or dealership performance metrics
- Is not tied to an action plan
You can view all Bad Leads in their own dedicated list under the Up Sheets → Bad Lead tab.

You can also view the breakdown by user in the E-lead Distribution Report for additional visibility and accountability.

This helps separate real opportunities from spam, fake, duplicate, or invalid submissions — so your reporting reflects true, workable leads.
🔒 Admin Setting Available:
There is also a permission setting that allows Admins to restrict Sales Reps from marking an Up Sheet as Bad Lead. If enabled, only Managers will be able to apply the Bad Lead status.
