Setting Round Robin Hours
How to set your round robin hours to ensure your e-leads are distributed correctly.
Here is how to add your hours to receive leads. If you do not have your hours set, you will not receive any leads that day.
This is only for Round Robin # 1 users.
Each day when sales reps logs in, they will be prompted for their schedule for the day. Sales reps provide the hours during which they are available to promptly respond to leads.
A sales rep is considered available during the hours they entered (unless they change their status to 'busy').
If a sales rep is going to be unable to respond to leads for a short while, they can click 'Set status to busy'. When they return they can simply click 'Set status to available' in the right corner.
When someone is busy for less than an hour, the round-robin system will track how many leads they "missed" and when they return will see that they "catch up". If someone is busy longer than an hour, they are removed from the round-robin queue and will not "catch up" when they return.
Note that only Individual Users can change or edit their robin robin hours. These settings cannot be governed by Account Administrators.
