Step 1: Filter Your List

Navigate to the Up Sheets tab.

Use any filter that suits your needs, aiming to create a focused list of customers.

For instance, you might use the vehicle filter to target customers interested in a specific vehicle.
Step 2: Click on "Targeted Texts"

You'll see the number of customers who can receive texts, which will adjust based on your chosen filters.
Note: Customers without a text-able phone number, or those who have opted out of receiving texts, are automatically excluded
Step 3: Select or Create a Message

Choose a Template:
- Select a template from the dropdown menu. Templates are provided by your Admin. Use data tags to make your messages more personable!

Create Your Own Message:
- To craft your own message, simply type it in the provided box.
Tip: Always proofread your message before sending.
Step 4: Send Your Texts
When you're ready, just click the Send button.
Step 5: Review Your Text Message Stats
After sending, visit the Text and Telephony Report to review your text message stats and gain insights into your campaign’s performance.
