Texting Compliance - Required to use the texting feature

A2P 10DLC refers to the system that allows businesses to send Application-to-Person (A2P) type messaging via standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers. AutoRaptor facilitates texting from businesses (dealerships) to consumers (prospects & customers) using 10DLC and is considered A2P traffic. As such, your dealership must join the Campaign Registry in order to maintain compliance with the texting regulations surrounding business to consumer text messaging

Important things to know when filling out the form:

  • Business EIN number

  • Legal Business Name (must match EIN)

  • Business Address associated with the EIN number (cannot be a PO Box)

  • Business Type (sole proprietorship, corporation, LLC, etc)

  • Website URL

**In some cases, you may need to submit the actual EIN letter for additional verification.
