The Reasoning Window in your AI Sales Assistant (AISA) lets you see why the assistant took specific actions when engaging with leads.
This feature provides transparency into AISA’s decision-making process, helping your team trust the AI, monitor its behavior, and make adjustments based on its reasoning. AISA considers information from notes within the timeframe set in the Notes History Window, ensuring responses are based on the most recent and relevant context.
What Is the Reasoning Window?
Click on “AISA Reasoning” to view the logic behind AISA’s actions. 
This shows you the context and information the AI used before sending messages, making follow-ups, or completing tasks.
The Reasoning Window is especially useful for:
