The 'Needs Reply' tab is a powerful tool to help you identify leads who are actively communicating with you. Responding to these inquiries promptly could make the difference in securing your next sale!
When Leads Appear on the Needs Reply Tab
Leads are added to the Needs Reply tab when:

A customer sends a text or email.

An incoming call note is recorded.
When Leads Leave the Needs Reply Tab
Leads will be removed from the Needs Reply tab once you:

Reply with a text or email.

Record an outgoing call note.

Click the “Dismiss” button.

Mark the Up Sheet as sold, delivered, or lost.
List Sorting for Priority Response
The Needs Reply tab is automatically sorted, displaying the most recent incoming communication at the top. This setup ensures that customers awaiting a response are easy to identify and prioritize.
Why the Needs Reply Tab is Essential
One of the key benefits of the Needs Reply list is that any Up Sheet with incoming communication will be added to this list—regardless of the customer’s status or the age of the Up Sheet. This includes previous customers marked as delivered who may be ready to buy again, former prospects marked as lost, and more.
